The Shift

Engineering has always been about solving problems under constraints. But the constraints are changing. Systems are more complex, timelines are shorter, and the volume of data we generate far exceeds our ability to analyze it manually.

AI doesn't replace the engineer. It augments the engineer's judgment — surfacing patterns in data, automating repetitive analysis, and enabling exploration of design spaces that would be impractical to search by hand.
